Put the ball into a wine galss or a hurricane glass, half-fill it with 90-100°C hot water and let the Blooming Tea“unfold” and steep for 10 mins, then top up with alcohol and add 3-4 cubes of ice.

Cocktail Suggestion:
Green Blooming Tea of your choice
1/2 oz Domaine de Canton French Ginger Liqueur
Pinch of Fresh Grated Ginger
Dash of Orange Zest and Peel
Mixology Spoon
Hurricane Glass
Ice
Honey or Sirup (Optional)
Half-fill a Hurricane Glass with hot water [100°C – 205F˚], add the Blooming Tea ball and steep for 5 minutes. Add French ginger liqueur, and stir gently to incorporate flavours. Add 3-4 ice cubes. Next, grate fresh ginger. Top off with orange zest and a twist of orange peel.
